The Workroom is a local retailer in the Wichita area that supports Wichita-based artists and artisans by inviting them to sell their unique, one-of-a-kind products in its store. When the pandemic hit, The Workroom remained steadfast in its mission to help artists continue to create and inspire each other. Being a part of the arts and design community, I was moved to find a way to keep creativity alive and prospering within our city. I approached The Workroom for an opportunity to create and feature some of my own work. Since the holidays hold a special place in my heart, I decided to make wrapping paper and coordinating note cards to celebrate the upcoming season. I created four different designs that reflect my love for this city and my enthusiasm for this time of year, hoping to spark the holiday spirit in others.
