Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work on numerous unique events—each thoughtfully tailored to its theme, guest speaker, or topic—with a strong focus on creating memorable and immersive experiences. My role has extended far beyond creative design, encompassing full-scale event planning and management from concept to execution. This has included vendor selection, tasting menus, budgeting, and resource allocation, as well as logistics management to ensure every detail aligns seamlessly.
From custom-designed invitations and experiential décor to interactive activities and curated menus, I’ve loved shaping events that leave a lasting impression. But truly, the best part is being on-site—making sure everything runs smoothly, solving problems in real time, and seeing the vision come to life. I’m also hands-on when it comes to teardown and wrap-up, always aiming to deliver an end-to-end experience that’s as effortless for the client as it is unforgettable for the guest.

Noteworthy events have included a family-friendly safari at Tanganyika Wildlife Park, where staff wore custom safari uniforms, guests enjoyed exclusive animal encounters, and custom-made stuffed animals were given as takeaways. A “Holiday Around the World” celebration at Flint Hills Golf Course let attendees travel between themed international lodges via golf carts, enjoying curated tastings, drinks, and entertainment at each stop. For a 10-year retail anniversary, guests rang a bell to reveal champagne popping from a greenery wall—an unexpected and delightful surprise.
A “Future of Politics” event channeled a presidential feel with an oversized American flag as the backdrop, while a “Back to the Future” party featured a DeLorean and a Marty McFly actor. Guests at the “Face Your Fear” event interacted with snakes and bugs and even repelled off a custom-built structure. One of the most adventurous gatherings was a session led by Navy SEALs, where attendees learned real techniques and heard powerful stories. And for a final celebration party following a salon education event, a rodeo-themed bash brought in live bull riders and Western flair.
